We are sprinting to the finish line of our first full soup season. As a reminder, this is our last weekend at Cobblestone before we start our lil summer siesta (and by ‘siesta’ I mean still cooking/ still open to pre-orders/ popping up where there’s AC lol).
📰 Here’s what’s noteworthy about this weekend.
We’re soft launching 32 oz portions! This is something we’ve long considered but weren’t sure if it would work for your lifestyles (ie when you heat up our soup— are you usually solo? feeding a crew? is it a side dish? your main meal?) If you’ve got insights, lemme know!
In the spirit of summer time — Corn Bone and Dumplings are back!
This is truly a weird lil soup but we LOVE her. The bones just refer to the cobs we simmer, but the soup itself is little sweet (hello, corn) but savory (always), with a slight kick (of course), and has pillowy little dumplings (because why not)??
History: the dumplings are actually a direct result of a very tasty Chicken and Dumplings dinner that our friend Chris Brown made us right after Remy was born. I probably hadn’t had a dumpling in my mouth since childhood and this meal fully reignited my fondness. After that meal I wanted dumplings in everything lol.
The rest of Saturday’s menu will feature: Murky Mushroom, Green Minestrone, Sweet Potato Lentil, and Harissa Carrot

He has cataloged over 3,000 records, we’re up to our neck in paint samples, and are still cautiously optimistic we’ll be open ~mid August! All are welcome to follow the Low Five journey here!
