Let’s keep it real for a moment here. It feels odd to write a very frivolous newsletter about soup and birthday hijinks when the world feels so…….. disconcerting? I’ve drafted and deleted over and over again, trying to hold space for reality (lemons) and the need for exhalation (lemonade). From here on down, this newsletter is pure lemonade.
On with the show.
Regarding New Soup & Savings
🚨 A new soup is on the loose and it’s Silly Minestrone. Here’s what you need to know
She’s vegan (yay!)
She’s chunky (zucs, carrots, beans, leeks, celery, tomaters)
She’ll have a rotating variety fun shaped pasta! (I mean this literally— like, not ‘gemelli’, but actual shapes because we felt like being dumb/fun).
For a limited time, Silly Minestrone along with the rest of classics (French Onion, Veggie Noodle, and Sweet Potato Lentil) will be available for preorder or purchase at Winston Salem’s Cobblestone Farmers Market. Also, because it’s birthday season in Good Soup land, we’re taking $2 off soup 2/8, 3/1, and 3/22 🎉

Excerpts from Astrostyle regarding our potential horoscopes this month 🙃
Aquarius (Sie)
Happy birthday season, Aquarius! Your Water Bearer's urn runneth over as the month begins. Not only is the Sun in your sign until February 18, but potent Pluto is in your sign until early 2044, adding extra heft and intrigue to all that you do. Aligning yourself with powerful allies—and acting as one yourself—can help your world-changing ideas move forward.
Haven't set any inspired 2025 resolutions yet? The first half of February cosmically positions you with your personal passions and desires. When you craft your intentions from that headspace, you'll be much more motivated to follow them. If you have a solo project in the works, give it front-burner status. No time for people-pleasing, Aquarius. Step into the spotlight and let your voice be heard.
Pisces (Jon & Emmy)
Float, float on! Until February 18, the Sun is in Aquarius, shining into your twelfth house of escape and surrender. As you count down these three weeks leading to Pisces season, you may be in a more go-with-the-flow mood. This isn't a time to get Type A about your career goals or force any relationship issues. Instead, tune in to the rhythm of your life right now—and explore what's happening beneath the surface.
What is your intuition whispering? Carve out time for reflection and introspection so you can hear it. There might be some emotional baggage that needs clearing, perhaps an old wound that never healed. Restorative activities like yin yoga and meditation can put you in the right frame of mind.
Til next time— be kind to yourselves and your loved ones 🫶. (Also, if I remember, I’ll let y’all know to what extent these horoscopes play out lol)
